1.7 The Last of Us

Welcome back to The Arcana:  A Legacy!  Last time, Sage was grumpy, Zen was pretty cool, Serenity was cute, and Leo and Affinity cheated on each other very mildly.

This time, Serenity is still cute.

Hi, Serenity!

Serenity:  Hiii!

Serenity:  Hey.

Woo, yet another surprise birthday!  Serenity's new trait is Workaholic.

And a make-over!

She still won't smile.  Smile, Seri!

Seri now shares a bedroom with Sage.

We lost another fish :(

I wish my dead grandma could have helped me with my homework :(

Su:  My advise is to wear your glasses while you do your homework.  It's way easier when you can read it.

Sage:  Good idea!

Zen:  Hmm...

Zen:  Ta-dah!

Z's moving right along!

Su:  It's time I start to rock a little more.  Tattoo, please!

Dread-Man:  Can you make your arm a little more corporal?

Yep, can't see tattoos on dead people.

Seri wakes up and suddenly knows what she wants to do with her life!

It's officially spring, but the garden refuses to acknowledge it.

Su:  YOU'RESTILLUSELESS

Leo:  Ahh!!

Leo:  Why do people keep saying that?

It's true.

Zen:  Hooray!  Time to become interesting!

Woo!

/still hates kids

Leo:  /stares out window

Leo?  Son?  Remember?

Zen:  DON'T LOOK AT ME

Leo:  Oh, yeah, that kid.

Zen:  Help!  I'm badly dressed!

Much better.

If you can't tell, Zen's new trait is Equestrian.

Horses could be interesting.

Leo:  So, um... comic books.  Kids like those, right?

Sage:  Well, I'm a girl, and a teenager, but...

Sage:  I'm happy you're trying.

Aww.

Discord:  Yay, I still exist!

Zen:  Whoo!  My best (only) friend!

I really should get better at socializing my kids.

Looks like Four'o'Wands beat out One'oWands for superiority.  Good thing you can't tell them apart.

Those were the only two wishes she rolled, mind you.  Both of them to flirt with the Inappropriate-fairy.

I really love these gnomes.

Su (who has been strangely absent) bring home one of these from egg-hunting at the festival.

Affi continues to defy my wardrobe-building.

Leo:  Sigh.

Sage:  More than one!

Serenity:  I'm still alone.

Zen waited for you, though.

I don't know what this does, but we have it now.

I guess you can meditate with it, which means it's probably in the wrong place.  It's going to stay there for awhile, though.

Sage brought a friend home!  First time ever!

Well, that hardly seemed worth it.

It was awesome, though.

Serenity:  You never show me anymore.

You're not interesting yet.  Sorry.

Affinity is getting Stir Crazy, so I send her across the road to sketch.  This seems satisfactory.

Kelly (Sage's friend) dances the night away.

Well into the morning.

Our bathroom is open for guests, btw.

Kelly:  Whatever.

Kelly:  Man, I'm hungry.  Thanks for the breakfast!

To school.  She stayed the whole night and never slept.  I imagine this is going to be a loong day.

The trees are awake!

Five-oh tries to cheer the plants back into life.

Zen wants a job.

Good a place to work as any!

(This happened by accident, but I like it)

Discord:  Zen!  Zen!  Look at me!

Zen:  It's hard to concentrate on this.

Sage:  Why?  It's actually a pretty peaceful in this house.

Sage never even had a doll.

Discord:  Why do you like her more than me?

He doesn't, but Sage and Zen get along well, which makes me happy.

Meanwhile, Leo's LTW is going terribly.  He's got way enough bottles, and they aren't worth hardly anything.

Serenity:  I get a cake!

I finally remember!

Leo's not even cheering :/

Once again, Serenity is the only one capable of gathering the whole family!

For some reason I didn't get her makeover, BUT!

Sage grows up tomorrow, and we have (as far as I know) three eligible heirs!  That means it's time for an HEIR POLL!  WHOO!
