Welcome back to The Arcana: A Legacy! Lulu here! Join me in Chapter 2, where we successfully enter our second day. Last time, we met our founder Mat, got him a job as a Fortune Teller, and explained that I'm pretty bad at Sim3ing.
We begin today by gardening without shirts. Mmm.
In a related event, Mat rolls his first object-wish for... this thing. It's a planter of some kind, I'm not sure why. It does get the ball rolling though. Soon enough...
We add a refrigerator to the lot! We're really rolling now!
You have to be a level two gardener to weed, which makes me wonder what knowledge level one involves.
All this hard work makes Mat smelly, though!
And we add an unpainted wall and randomly-blue-fauceted bathtub! You certainly don't see me just mashing the dice until a green item comes up, oh no!
The one thing I remember about this game from those two hours I played it so long ago is that your Sims can play with a rubber ducky in the bath. So while we were at the grocery store for lettuce yesterday, I also picked up some bubble-bath and a ducky.
Mat: Squeaky-squeak!
Hehe! ^.^
Mat runs to catch his ride to his job. His job is about 30 feet away. The carpool actually takes him further away. I have a picture of this later on. It is nonsense.
I don't know how to make the carpool stop coming.
Mat: Why yes, I would like to go on a date with you, Mysterious Woman I Don't Remember Meeting!
This is WAY more convenient than wandering around town. (Unfortunately, the offers continue to come in even after he's long married - awkward).
But who is this mystery woman? Her name is Susannah SomethingIDidn'tWriteDown.
I don't remember meeting her at all, until we ask about her career. Turns out, she's the Llama!
Dang, Llama is good lookin'
(Here's a good place to add that people go on about Face One and this child inherited this parent's nose and whatnot. I have a lot of trouble recognizing real faces, let alone Sims, so I have no idea if something is Face One or what. I typically go for love over looks anyway. So I apologize if all my Sims end up looking the same)
Things progress smoothly! And in the dark, so hard-to-see-ly!
Susannah: Hey...
Susannah: We're both Great Kissers! We have something in common!
I guess that's good enough!
Mat immortalizes their second kiss with a super-star-bursty camera flash.
And ends the evening with some adorable sidewalk-stargazing. D'aww!
They were supposed to go see a movie, but I forgot, so they didn't.
They were supposed to go see a movie, but I forgot, so they didn't.
Su: Let's meet again tomorrow...
Mat: Wrrrowl!
^.^
And Mat finishes off another successful day by eating some quickie salad on his bathtub, which is actually kind of cool because I didn't know he could do that!
I lied! This post contained neither marriage nor babies. But I promise I'll stop doing the one-day-at-a-time thing next time.
Also, I'm putting these up one right after another, so it doesn't really matter at all. Whoo!
'Til next time,

Really enjoying this so far!
